In the past two years, I’ve worked with founders Richard Socher and Bryan McCann to help bring a vision of an AI search engine and “YouChat” to life that integrates machine learning models and chatGPT. I’ve been designing multimodal interfaces and the SERP (Search Engine Results Page), a comprehensive design system, and more than 150+ apps for desktop and mobile. We launched YOU.com on November 9th, 2021.

As the Head of Design for YOU.com, a SuSea Inc. generative AI search engine that uses Chat GPT, I have the honor of providing a creative vision for the entire organization. I am responsible for crafting and communicating a compelling long-term design strategy and vision that propels the company towards success. My passion for design is fueled by my drive to shape existing customer experiences and identify new opportunities for growth.
In my role, I lead the design lifecycle for the YOU.com design team, from problem definition to design implementation. This involves collaborating with product, engineering, research, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our product initiatives are well-defined, high-impact, and successfully executed. I take pride in creating broad visibility into learnings and impact, and developing an organization-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact my team delivers to YOU.com.
I am a strong believer in ensuring a cohesive customer experience across all products. To achieve this, I manage and coach multi-disciplined designers to foster a culture of excellence and creativity. I am also constantly seeking out new talent to grow the design team and propel YOU.com to even greater heights.
